Live2d Linux

The popular VTubing software is available on Steam. While not native, it runs exceptionally well via Proton. It handles face tracking and model rendering smoothly, making it a viable daily driver for Linux streamers.

These formats are closed-source and heavily licensed. Because Live2D Inc. has not released a native Linux version of their editor, there is no legal, open-source way to natively edit these files on Linux without using compatibility layers.
