Then, the years went by. Forza Horizon 2 came out on Xbox One. Then Horizon 3 finally broke the barrier, arriving on PC via the Windows Store. We had our Forza on PC at last. We played Horizon 3 , Horizon 4 , and eventually Horizon 5 . They were beautiful, massive, and technically superior.
The development of the Xbox 360 version was handled not by Turn 10, but by Sumo Digital, a studio famous for their incredible PC ports, particularly * Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed*. Everyone assumed that since Sumo was at the helm, a PC version was inevitable. forza horizon 1 pc
