Desperate for a five-star review to save their reputation on Yelp, Sam enlists the ghosts to spy on the guests to "course-correct" their experience.

In the Season 2 premiere of the US version, titled Sam (Rose McIver) and Jay (Utkarsh Ambudkar) finally open Woodstone Manor as a fully operational Bed and Breakfast.
