  We do offer style customization services for your PDF, if you request a custom brand key we will work together with you to offer you the style you want. Once you receive a custom branding key you can use that on all PDFs you'd like to generate.

• Can I use the app on a help center that is deactivated / restricted?

  No, unfortunately the Zendesk API does not allow publicly accessing knowledge base articles from a deactivated help center.
  We're working on a way to fix that.
