Two-finger the touchpad, then select Reload from the context menu. Or, place two fingers on the touchpad and rotate them in a small circle – some Chromebooks support that as a refresh gesture (enable in Settings → Touchpad).
For web developers or persistent issues, you can perform a deeper "Empty Cache and Hard Reload": Press to open the Developer Tools .
