The episode starts with Sheldon getting vaccinated, which doesn't go smoothly. His doctor, Dr. Wilcox, tries to give him a flu shot, but Sheldon is terrified of needles. Despite his fear, he eventually gets the vaccination, but not before giving Dr. Wilcox a piece of his mind.
