Unlike snowmobiles, Wisconsin resident ATV/UTV registration does not automatically include the trail pass fee. Even if you register your ATV/UTV in Wisconsin (which costs $30 for 2 years), you must still purchase the separate Trail Pass ($30/year) to ride on trails.
