If the sticker is facing down or hidden inside a shroud (common in modern gaming PCs), you will need to remove the PSU or unscrew the opposite side panel. For prebuilt PCs (Dell, HP, Lenovo), the wattage is often printed directly on the PSU or listed in the service manual.
This does not tell you the maximum wattage of your PSU. It only tells you that, right now, your CPU is using 65W and your GPU is using 150W. If these numbers crash or spike, it can hint that your PSU isn't providing enough power, but it won't tell you the PSU's limit.
