“One of the biggest things for us is lot tracking through our entire manufacturing process from sourcing raw materials, to subcontractors, to in-house manufacturing, and sales to end users and commercial loaders. Because some of our products are restricted in certain locales, we needed to be able to block purchase in those cases. We are also big fans of open source software. “Bista has helped us implement Odoo and make changes to it where generic options did not work. So [they are] an excellent partner that’s available 24 hours a day as we need them to make changes, [and] to help us work with our people and train them.
