This method is less convenient but valuable when the normal Restart option in Task Manager is missing or when you cannot access the Task Manager via keyboard shortcuts.

The Windows 10 taskbar is controlled by the process. Restarting this process is the standard way to fix a frozen, unresponsive, or disappearing taskbar without rebooting your entire computer. Method 1: Use Task Manager (Easiest)

Scroll down to find (usually located under the "Windows processes" section). Right-click it and select Restart .
