A technician replaces a broken motherboard on a customer's A03s. The new motherboard has no IMEI (factory blank). Using a licensed repair tool (e.g., Octoplus Box) with proof of the original box/label, the technician writes the IMEI numbers back to the phone. This is legal under right-to-repair exemptions.
