Manor Lords has always been schizophrenic in its identity: is it a peaceful city-builder with optional bandits, or a warband skirmisher? v0.8.029a leans slightly toward the latter by refining the Retinue system. The patch increases the responsiveness of unit formations when given "Face Direction" and "Lock Shields" commands. Prior to this, heavy infantry would slide across the terrain like curling stones when rotating; now, the inertia feels grounded.
