The ATI Radeon HD 4300 and HD 4500 series (codenamed RV710 and RV730 ) are legacy hardware manufactured roughly between 2008 and 2010. AMD has officially discontinued driver support for these cards. The last official driver release for this architecture was for Windows 8.1.

Open , right-click your "ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series" under Display Adapters, and select Update driver .
