Open the email from the sender you want to block.
Tap “Block” or “Block [Sender’s Name]” . block email aol
Click the three horizontal dots (More options) located to the right of the subject line or next to the reply button. Open the email from the sender you want to block
A: They may be using a different email address. Check your block list to ensure the exact address is listed. Also, allow up to 24 hours for changes to fully take effect. then tap the three dots
On Android, you may also tap the sender’s profile picture, then tap the three dots, and select “Block” .
