Your last resort is a factory reset. Use a paperclip to hold the "Reset" button on the back for 30 seconds. This will revert all credentials to the defaults printed on the sticker.
On the computer you are trying to access , open a Command Prompt and type whoami . It will show ComputerName\YourUsername . find network credentials
