For older Acer models (pre-2015), you can sometimes generate a master password based on the shown on the unlock screen.
This is not your Windows login screen. It appears Windows boots — sometimes even before the Acer logo finishes loading. It’s a BIOS / HDD password prompt , set at the firmware level. Unlike a Windows password, this one is stored on your motherboard or your hard drive’s controller.
