Call Barring Settings

Call barring works at the network level (HLR/VLR in GSM/UMTS, or IMS in LTE/5G). When a user attempts a call, the network checks barring conditions before routing. If a condition matches (e.g., international outgoing), the network rejects the call with an appropriate announcement or error tone.
