Navigate to > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart .
Select from the left sidebar, then click on Recovery in the right pane. hp boot into safe mode
Safe Mode is not meant to be used permanently. To exit, simply your computer normally: Navigate to > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart
On the fourth boot attempt, allow the computer to start normally. Windows will display followed by the Diagnosing your PC screen. hp boot into safe mode
