Remove the lid of the Saniflo box (you may need a screwdriver).
Locate the access panel or remove the toilet from the unit if it is a Saniflo Compact (behind the wall/toilet).
Did you flush wet wipes (even “flushable” ones), feminine products, cotton balls, or cat litter? That is 100% your problem. Saniflo can only handle human waste and thin toilet paper.
